清华大学北美校友会世纪奖学金通知
（面向清华-伯克利深圳学院在校生申请者）
清华世纪奖学金由清华大学北美校友会（南加州校友会）设立并负责管理。该奖学金主要用于支持美国学生赴清华大学开展博士及硕士学位学习及科研工作，同时优先面向在伯克利加州大学或其他美国高校获得本科及以上学位的学生开放。
接清华大学北美校友会2017年9 月7日通知，清华世纪奖学金2017年度申请与评审工作即日启动，申请条件与程序如下：
【申请条件】
1. 清华-伯克利深圳学院在读学生，博士及硕士项目均可；
2. 优先面向曾获得伯克利加州大学学位的申请者开放申请；
3. 优先面向曾获得其他美国高校本科学位的申请者开放申请；
4. 优先面向曾获得其他美国高校硕士学位的申请者开放申请。
【奖项设置】
一等奖学金：奖金三千元美金，2017年TBSI推荐名额5人
二等奖学金：奖金二千元美金，2017年TBSI推荐名额4人
注：最终获奖名额由清华大学北美校友会评审确定
【评审程序】
1.申请时间及材料
申请者须于2017年9 月8日中午12点前向清华-伯克利深圳学院教学办公室提交以下材料：
a) 《清华世纪奖学金申请表》；
b) 已发表学术论文或著作的电子版文档；
c) 已获奖励或荣誉称号证书扫描件。
2.申请办法
请将以上申请材料合并成为一个 PDF 文件（小于 10M ） , 文件命名为：清华世纪奖学金申请_姓名_拟申请奖学金等级，以电子邮件方式发送至教学办邮箱：tbsiedu@tbsi.tsinghua.edu.cn，邮件主题同申请材料文件命名。
3.评审时间
清华-伯克利深圳学院研究生工作组将于2017年9 月8日下午组织评审会议，对申请者材料进行初步评审，综合考查申请者的学术发展潜力及综合素质等，并将评审意见报清华大学北美校友会（南加州校友会）审核，确定最终名单。申请结果将于2017年9月30日以前公布。

2017 Tsinghua New Century DevelopmentScholarship
Open for application
TsinghuaNew Century Development Scholarship is set up and managed by Tsinghua Alumni Association of NorthAmerica (Southern California), aims at supporting students who aretraveling from the US to China to pursue a degree at Tsinghua. Upon receipt ofthe notification from Tsinghua Alumni Association of NorthAmerica on Sep 7, 2017, application for Year 2017 is now open.
Requirements:
1. TBSIPhD/Master program students;
2. Prioritygoes to applicants with degree(s) of UC Berkeley;
3. Prioritygoes to applicants with a Bachelor’s degree of other universities in the UnitedStates;
4. Prioritygoes to applicants with a Master’s degree of other universities in the UnitedStates.
Grades of Scholarship:
Grade1: 3,000 USD for each student with no more than 5 students recommended by TBSI;
Grade2: 2,000 USD for each student with no more than 4 students recommended by TBSI.

Sep8, 2017 by 12p.m.
