Biography
Dr Xiao is an assistant professor of intelligent transportation and logistics systems Lab, Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI), Tsinghua university.Dr Xiao received herPhD degreefrom National University of Singapore, MSc degreefrom Chinese Academy of Sciences, and BSdegree fromWuhan University. Before joining TBSI, Dr Xiao was apostdoctoral fellowand a research assistant professor at Chinese University of Hong Kong.

XiaXiao Li studies topics in the fields of supply chain management and service operations. In the field of supply chain management, she focuses on optimal policy and heuristic policy in global supply chain system. In the field of service operations, she focuses on the strategic customer behavior in the service system and in sharing economy.
