On October 19, 2015, Tsinghua-BerkeleyShenzhen Institute inaugurated its Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) members atTsinghua campus, the Universities Town, Shenzhen.
Yang Bin, the vice president ofTsinghua University, and John Wilton, the vice president of UC Berkeleyattended the ceremony and issued the letters of appointment to the IAB members.Yang Bin and John Wilton also attended the forum which focused on industry-education-researchcooperation.
Tsinghua-Berkeley ShenzhenInstitute’s first PHD student of more than 30 people, professors from TsinghuaUniversity and UC Berkeley of more than 20 people, and 60 Tsinghua alumniattended the forum.
