    Dr Xiao is an assistant professor of intelligent transportation and logistics systems Lab, Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI), Tsinghua university. Dr Xiao received her PhD degree from National University of Singapore, MSc degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and BS degree from Wuhan University. Before joining TBSI, Dr Xiao was a postdoctoral fellow and a research assistant professor at Chinese University of Hong Kong.

    Li Xiao studies topics in the fields of supply chain management and service operations. In the field of supply chain management, she focuses on optimal policy and heuristic policy in global supply chain system. In the field of service operations, she focuses on the strategic customer behavior in the service system and in sharing economy.
