He emphasized that this was the first group of TBSI graduate students to show the world the unlimited opportunities and possibilities that TBSI offers to students.
(Victor) ChanProfessor Slav Hermanowicz sent a sincere blessing to the graduates, pointing out that the graduates made excellent examples for TBSI students. He mentioned that the graduation ceremony is called “Commencement” in English, because it is the starting point for a new phase of life.
<span style="font-family:" font-size:16px;"="">PhD graduate student in Data Science and Information Technology, ChuYao, in her speech, deeply recalled her Ph.D experience in TBSI. As one of the first Ph.D candidates, ChuYao narrated the development and growth that they experienced on their PhD journey. She believes that TBSI not only enabled her academic research to proceed smoothly in China and the United States, but also allowed her to meet her life partner.
The TBSI core scientists gave souvenirs to graduates and took a group photo. The graduates expressed their deep feelings for their alma mater and teachers, and gave back gifts to TBSI.
