Tsinghua-Berkeley ShenzhenInstitute (TBSI) held a training course for 25 administrative staff at CIII303,Tsinghua Campus,the University Town,Shenzhen on March 18, 2016.
TBSI Associate Director LinZhang gave a speech focusing on“The Art and Skills in Administration”and shared his experience with TBSI staff.
Professor Zhang pointed outthe three elements contained in the TBSI administrative work culture,emphasizing that TBSI was an innovative institution, which requiredadministrative staff to have clear conception of their roles.
The training seminar alsointroduced the operation method of an on-line project management system, whichintegrated functions such as multiple tasks management, agenda arrangement andinstant discussion. By utilizing the system, the coordination efficiency of TBSIstaff could be improved. (By Claire Huang)
